This is part of a series of posts aimed at explaining how to create online, self-marking Google Form Quizzes using the Google Form Builder for Sheets add-on to import quiz data from a spreadsheet. The aim is to quickly digitize multiple-choice questions from existing assessment tools, allowing Educators to build a bank of questions easily in spreadsheet format so that collaboration is possible.

Your Google Sheet template is ready and you have created a new, blank Google Form (if you are a Google Suite for Education user then create do this from within Google Classroom by creating a Quiz Task). You have also installed the Google Form Builder for Sheets add-on.
